Multiple towers with ocean views are set on intensely landscaped podiums, lined with business units at ground level, creating a new urban street fabric. A commanding open space park addressing residential neighborhoods across the Intercoastal Waterway serves the heavy space demands of the annual boat show. The design emphasizes a pedestrian friendly experience with a series of intimate plazas, marina promenades and amenity areas.
